Stickers Packs Now Available in the Online Shop

As you know, we over here at Oh My Yomi are huge fans of video games and gaming culture. We would like to introduce to you the Sonic Boom and Paradise sticker packs.

The fam over at Booger Kids designed the Sonic Boom sticker simply out of their love of Guile's iconic move from the classic 90's arcade game Street Fighter II. Countless hours of Ryu vs Guile matches were played at the BK warehouse before the idea for this design came to be. Be sure to check out their website at BoogerKids.com

The Paradise sticker takes inspiration from Sega's AM2 logo, the team behind the Virtua Fighter series. The creator of the Dead or Alive franchise, Tomonobu Itagaki, got his inspiration to make a 3D fighting game because of Virtua Fighter. Thus, the DOA series was born. The purpose behind the Paradise sticker is that us fans of the DOA and VF series want a DOA vs Virtua Fighter crossover game one day. Show your support by proudly displaying the sticker on a laptop, game console, or anywhere else. Besides, they're only a dollar for 3.

Oh yeah, and every sticker pack comes with random bonus stickers ;)

Fanime 2014 Recap

About a week or so ago we had the pleasure of attending Northern California's largest anime convention, Fanime. Imagine a gathering of thousands of people that are dressed up as different anime, video game, and cartoon characters in one place. Yup. That was Fanime. There was even a 24 hour game hall that was open all night to whomever with a pass. If you're a fan of otaku culture, without a doubt this was THE PLACE TO BE.

Shoutout to Skeetolifer for the awesome pics. He's DABESS.
